SASS DE LUNA

Our first and currently only traditional method; 2021 harvest with only 500 bottles produced. All grapes come from Vigna Maffioli in Tribulina, the southernmost hill of the estate where the roots of the vineyard delve into the marl-limestone vein typical of our terroir, allowing this sparkling wine to evolve over time. On the nose, alongside the typical notes of a traditional method, floral hints of dog rose emerge, reminiscent of the damask origins of this non-native grape variety. On the palate, it is pleasantly dry and delicate, citrusy but above all elegant.
