EREMITA

A fine red wine obtained from a blend of Moscato Rosso and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It matures in steel for 12 months before bottling. It is harmonious and characteristic of the terroir from which it comes, the easternmost area of the small DOCG. Splendid fruity aromas typical of Scanzo immediately emerge on the nose, evolving in the mouth into delicate notes of pepper and oriental spices. A fine and well-balanced wine with moderate persistence, excellent for accompanying meat main courses.
